Hey friends, so before we dive into the coaching program deets, I want you to understand a little bit about my professional background:


  • I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with a certificate in Holistic Health Coaching (2011)
  • I Graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (2014)
  • I am a board certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)  (2016)


I've been passionate about wellness and health since I was a kid and my passion pours into my coaching with my clients. Since starting BJJ in 2010, I dedicated myself to training and learning the art of jiu jitsu and competed in various tournaments all throughout the USA. I am currently a three stripe purple belt, avid competitor in sport jiu jitsu with a F2W Pro Record 3-1, and a sponsored athlete with Hold Fast Fight Gear and BPI Sports.

My primary focus is to help female jiu jitsu athletes get fit and fuel their bodies naturally. I believe in the power of holistic health and I know, without a doubt, that I can help you transform your beliefs about food and exercise into a healthy and thriving harmonious relationship. 

I believe that living a healthy lifestyle should be way easier than people believe it is & I want to be the vessel that helps guide you into creating a life that you are happy, excited and proud to live.


When it comes to my clients, I do not mess around.

I have steadfast principles that are super important to me, and thus are what guided me in designing this program like I did.


MY CORE VALUES:

Education - Knowledge is power. Education is the number one tool that has helped me along my wellness journey as an athlete, and so it's extremely important that I pass it onto my clients to help them become both empowered and knowledgable individuals.


Customization - This program is limited to 6-8 people so that I can really dive deep and hone in on your specific lifestyle, habits, and beliefs to help you re-create the ultimate lifestyle best suited for you and your goals.


Intimacy - Keeping things close-knit and creating a family where we can help and learn from each other is super important to me because its only when we feel connected and supported by community that we can truly let down our walls and thus allow our lives to be transformed.


Self-Discovery - I am not your guru. I am simply your guide that educates, empowers and keeps you accountable for sticking to your goals and not giving up on yourself. During this 8-week journey, you will learn a lot about yourself and I truly believe that only when we discover who we truly are, is when we can begin to make lasting change in our lives.


Vitality - Providing you with the tools and guidance to help you become physically and mentally stronger and healthier is my ultimate goal. By the end of this program, I want you to feel energized, empowered and confident that you can make healthy choices and create a balanced lifestyle that satisfies both your body and mind.
